Rates include all taxes and all amenities

October 15, 2011 to May 24, 2012: $550/3 nights or $235/night (no $550 special Thanksgiving or Xmas/New Years)

May 25, 2012 to June 28, 2012: $275/night or $1,650/week (stay 7, pay for 6)

June 29, 2012 to August 30, 2012: $300/night ($2,100/week)

August 31, 2012 to October 14, 2012: $275/night or $1,650/week (stay 7, pay for 6)

October 15, 2012 to May 23, 2013: $550/3 nights or $235/night (no $550 special Thanksgiving or Xmas/New Years)

May 24, 2013 to June 27, 2013: $275/night or $1,650/week (stay 7, pay for 6)

June 28 to August 29, 2013: $300/night ($2,100/week)

August 30, 2013 to October 14, 2013: $275/night or $1,650/week (stay 7, pay for 6)

All rentals less than 4 nights are charged an $80 cleaning fee.

There is a 30-day cancellation policy except June, July, August, and September, and Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year's, Memorial Day and Labor Day holidays which require a 60-day cancellation.   There is a $50 cancellation fee.
